Notice: Paragliding and Hang Gliding in the Dolomites – Summer/Autumn 2025

To all users: 

Col Rodella Takeoff (via Funivia/Cable Car): Please note that the Campitello/Col Rodella cable car is out of service this summer due to its replacement with a new, modern 3S cable car. As a result, the Col Rodella takeoff can only be reached using the Pradel gondola lift and then the Des Alpes chairlift (for paragliders only, not for hang gliders). Alternatively, the Col dei Rossi takeoff is accessible from Canazei via a gondola lift and cable car (paragliders only) or from Alba via a cable car (both paragliders and hang gliders).

Landing Sites: In addition to the usual landing site in Campitello, landings are available in Canazei (Ciuck area, for both hang gliders and paragliders) and in Pareda (paragliders only). Both landing sites are equipped with windsocks.

Important Safety Notice: Pilots should pay special attention to the new positioning of the cables for the new cable car, as they differ slightly from the old ones.

  • Alba-Col dei Rossi Cable Car (2382 m)

    • Operating Hours: 08:30–17:20
    • Season: June 14, 2025 – September 7, 2025

Takeoff: Col Rodella

  • Pradel-Salei Gondola Lift (2228 m)

    • Operating Hours: 08:30–17:00
    • Season: June 14, 2025 – October 5, 2025

  • Rodella-Des Alpes Chairlift (2395 m)

    • Operating Hours: 08:40–16:50
    • Season: June 14, 2025 – October 5, 2025
